Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisor (12‑Hour Shifts)

We’re looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to lead our overnight production team in a hands‑on manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a strong, steady leader who believes in teamwork, accountability, and doing the job right.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 30+ employees on night shift
• Handle staffing, scheduling, job assignments, and overtime
• Walk the floor, monitor machines, and keep production on track
• Make sure safety, quality, and company standards are followed
• Address employee concerns and recognize good work
• Complete basic shift reports and approve timecards in our system

What We’re Looking For

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
• A hands‑on leader who isn’t afraid to jump in and help
• Strong communication, common sense problem‑solving, and follow‑through
• Experience with ERP systems (IQMS a plus)
• Able to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
