Description
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and replenishing inventory to support efficient warehouse operations. This role ensures timely order fulfillment, maintains organized inventory, and contributes to a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, including finished goods and materialsÂ
- Replenish inventory in pick locations to maintain workflow efficiencyÂ
- Relocate and organize products within the warehouse to optimize storage and accessibilityÂ
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standardsÂ
- Support multiple departments as needed to meet operational demandsÂ
- Follow all safety procedures and company policiesÂ
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisorÂ
Work Environment
Work is performed in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and equipment operation.
 Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shiftÂ
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularlyÂ
- Ability to safely operate and mount/dismount forkliftsÂ
- Capable of working 8-hour shifts with continuous physical activityÂ

Requirements
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Forklift certification requiredÂ
- Previous shipping and receiving experience preferredÂ
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skillsÂ
- Ability to accurately read labels, numbers, and product informationÂ
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentÂ
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplicationÂ
- Good physical condition to meet job demandsÂ
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to supervisor direction
