Job Summary:    

The Product Maintenance Repair Technician is responsible for working alongside the Product Maintenance Supervisor in driving the company’s Product Maintenance Success. Ensuring productive, organized, and safe work environments as well as Quality Product Preparedness. The Product Maintenance Repair Technician is involved with all activities related to Repair, Wash and Prep of all Product Offerings.

    

General Responsibilities:    


  • Lead by example and own safe work practices and quality compliance.   
  • Routinely perform safety and productivity inspections in the workshop ensuring tasks are audited and in compliance with the safety and quality standards.  
  • Routinely check work area and surrounding areas including the Shop Bays and Yard for Safety Hazards, Organization and Cleanliness.  
  • Follow procedures and ensure all incidents are promptly reported and investigated. If an employee is not following the proper procedure – notify Department Leaders.   
  • Monitor inventory of parts/equipment/tools and report to Department Leaders when reorder is required.  
  • Provide repair services for all Product Offerings.  
  • Assist in the Wash and Prep process for all Product Offerings.
  • On Occasion, may be assigned to Operate Machinery including Forklifts, Bobcat, Scissor Lift and others.   
  • Order Fulfillment on all Product Offerings.  
  • Coordinate with and work alongside other departments as needed.   
  • All Other Duties as Assigned.

    

Required/Preferred Skills and Abilities:      

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.    
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.     
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.     
  • Mechanic, Carpentry, and Electrical skills preferred.  

  

Education and Experience:     

  • 2+ Years of experience in Warehouse, Shop preferred
  • OSHA-10 Certification Preferred  
  • Machine Operating Experience, a plus

     

Physical Requirements:      

  • Ability to Perform All Product Maintenance Work  
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
