Compensation & Benefits
$500K base salary
$25K Quality Incentive + $20K Acuity Stipend  (total $545K all-in)
Cardiac anesthesiologists receive an additional $60K cardiac stipend
12 weeks PTO
$90K Sign-On Bonus for up to 3-year commitment
Full NSA benefits including 401(k) and more
