What You’ll Do

As a Superintendent, you’ll lead boots-on-the-ground field operations, managing crews and keeping projects safe, efficient, and on schedule. You'll own planning, safety, scheduling, reporting, and field coordination—partnering with our PMs and fab shop to keep things moving and profitable.

What You Need

• 6+ years of electrical experience (commercial/industrial)
• Journeyman license or apprenticeship graduate
• OSHA 30 (CPR/First Aid preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Leadership skills, tech-savvy, and solid NEC knowledge
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all environments
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, crawl spaces, and confined spaces
• Must be able to work day or night shifts and occasional overtime
