In addition to providing individualized caregiver training, the Family Engagement BCBA collaborates closely with families, clinical teams, and other service providers to implement practical, trauma-informed strategies aligned with each client’s treatment goals. This includes supporting treatment planning, caregiver readiness, and ongoing consultations to address barriers to implementation and maximize long-term success.

Services are delivered across a variety of settings – including clinic, home, and telehealth – to ensure accessibility and flexibility for families. The roe may require adaptable scheduling to accommodate caregiver availability, including travel between locations to support service delivery.
