Job Description/Responsibilities

Shift: Monday-Friday (1st)

This position is fully onsite.

 

As the Storeroom Coordinator you will be responsible for parts room development and control, warehouse and inventory of maintenance parts, inventory accuracy and integrity with CMMS utilization. This role will work with the maintenance team and planners to identify critical spares and consumables to support normal daily operations. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop and maintain min/max inventory levels for spare parts, critical components, consumables, and change parts in partnership with the Maintenance team and planners.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and approved suppliers to obtain quotes, generate purchase requisitions, receive parts, and maintain an organized inventory system.
  • Support the Preventive Maintenance program by ensuring parts availability, improving lead times, and utilizing CMMS for inventory and cost control.
  • Manage OEM parts replacement and warranty processes while monitoring pricing and supplier performance to minimize costs.
  • Promote a safe and compliant work environment by addressing safety concerns, partnering across departments, and ensuring adherence to all policies.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant experience and strong analytical, planning, communication, technical and organizational skills
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 

Preferred 

  • 2 years of manufacturing experience
  • Engineering or related degree or equivalent experience

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding and ramps.
