The Difference You Will Make
As a Service Manager you will oversee the daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for leading and training service staff, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and coordinating seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams. The Service Manager ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, addresses guest concerns, and supports operational goals such as efficiency, quality, and cost control.Â
What You’ll Bring:Â
Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Train, supervise, and schedule service staff.
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest concerns or complaints.
Monitor dining area cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health/safety regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
Manage inventory of service-related supplies and place orders as needed.
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and tracking sales or service performance.
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of service team members.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
At least three (3) years of related front-of-house management experience required.Â

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a kitchen environment including heat and steam.
Location and Travel: Â Â Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX, Charleston, SC or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
