The Employee Resource Counselor is responsible for assessing, intervening, and providing support for the social and emotional needs of the employees at Baptist Health Floyd. The Employee Resource Counselor will create positive and effective relationships with employees, in order to reach their personal goals. Functions include psychosocial assessment, counseling services, financial coaching and assistance, community resource referrals. The Employee Resource Counselor is responsible for assessing, intervening, and providing support for the social and emotional needs of the employees at Baptist Health Floyd. The Employee Resource Counselor will create positive and effective relationships with employees, in order to reach their personal goals. Functions include psychosocial assessment, counseling services, financial coaching and assistance, community resource referrals.
Position/Opportunity Highlights:

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work
Active Licensure in the State of Indiana as a Social Worker or as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Previous experience with employee wellness programs preferred
