This role is responsible for custom application of crop inputs and delivery of agronomy products, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service.  Key Responsibilities Custom Application Apply crop protection products and plant nutrients safely and accurately Operate sprayers, spreaders, and application equipment Mix, load, and handle products following all regulatory and company guidelines Complete required application records and documentation daily Ensure timely application aligned with agronomic recommendations Driving & Delivery Deliver seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products to customers Operate and maintain CDL-required vehicles in a safe and compliant manner Complete delivery paperwork and communicate with the team on logistics Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Agronomy & Field Support Assist with field scouting, soil sampling, and agronomic observations Communicate field conditions (weeds, insects, crop conditions) to agronomists Support blending, loading, and plant operations during peak seasons Equipment & Facility Maintenance Perform routine maintenance and inspections on application and trucking equipment Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and facilities Assist with inventory handling and product receiving Customer Service & Team Support Provide positive, professional interaction with customers Respond to customer needs and support the agronomy team Assist other departments or locations as needed during peak seasons Be available for extended hours, including weekends, during spring and fall seasons QualificationsQualifications Valid CDL (Class A preferred) or ability to obtain Commercial Applicator License or ability to obtain Strong attention to safety, detail, and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Mechanical aptitude is a plus Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift 50–60 lbs repeatedly Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Exposure to dust, chemicals, and agricultural environments Ability to work long hours during peak seasons Why Join Premier Cooperative?
