We are searching for a talented Patient Access Rep-Rehab

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day shift; Mon-Thursday 10:45am - 7:15pm and Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: St. Luke’s Hospital – New Bedford, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED is required.
• Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
•  Duties require knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficient keyboarding skills are essential. 
• Computer experience a must. Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask throughout the business day.
•  Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• Over three years of related medical office work experience is required.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. 

   

• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
