Your responsibilities will include setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting various machines, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday

As a key player in our team, you will operate production machinery following our well-established job instructions, procedures, and guidelines. Timeliness and efficiency are your guiding principles. Quality is at the forefront of what we do, so you will be entrusted with inspecting parts during production to maintain and meet our high-quality specifications.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in using a calculator.
• Reliable, with a willingness to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable with standing for 8-hour shifts.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to bend, push, and pull as required in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work with various materials such as fiberglass, foam, and rubber.
