This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.   Key Responsibilities • Oversee all general and cost accounting activities • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes • Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and fixed assets • Maintain financial forecasts including cash flow • Ensure ERP system integrity and reporting accuracy • Analyze cost structures and variances • Lead inventory accounting and physical inventory processes • Serve as internal auditor for payroll • Support external financial audits • Develop and manage budgets and variance analysis • Lead and develop accounting team members • Ensure timely vendor payments and collections • Prepare and oversee tax filings • Support financial reporting systems including Tableau • Drive continuous improvement initiatives   Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred • 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing • Strong knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally   Why You’ll Want to Work Here • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Vacation and company-paid holidays • 401(k) with company match • Bonus potential • Life and disability insurance • HSA and FSA options • Training and development opportunities • Employee referral bonus program
