Objective:
To provide comprehensive coordination for project execution and ongoing service delivery
support company wide. Facilitate clear, consistent, and proactive communication between
customers, internal and external teams. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by
resolving issues efficiently and scheduling appropriate resources in a timely manner.
Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Work closely with Project Managers from initial onboarding of projects, Forecasting/
Scheduling to assisting in Change Orders, Ordering equipment to final close out of
projects - Schedule Service Tickets according to Priority level and specific time frames as
indicated - Run internal reports to maintain metrics
- Inbound / Outbound customer calls including call queue
- Communicate with multiple internal teams
- Hold Weekly Internal Scheduling meetings
- May conduct customer or subcontractor meetings
- Coordinates travel arrangements for field staff as well as lift rentals, test equipment
and badging / Training prerequisites - Monthly Expense Reports

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two-year college degree from an accredited college or university, or substitute 2 years pertinent experience for each year of education.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

- PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment) and strong working knowledge of Excel.
