Measure Technician

Redo Cabinets (fka Krumwiede Roofing), is looking to add a Measure Technician to our growing team. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring accuracy and turning designs into flawless kitchen remodeling projects.

The Measure Technician serves as the technical expert on-site, evaluating job conditions and determining how contracted work will be installed. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong knowledge of cabinet layouts and installation processes.

This is a full-time W-2 position with excellent benefits, a company vehicle, and steady, year-round work.

What You'll Do

• Perform accurate measurements of cabinet components for proper material ordering
• Complete all necessary paperwork for job and material orders
• Evaluate and document existing job site conditions
• Create detailed drawings for installers based on contract specifications
• Identify site issues or irregularities that may impact installation
• Determine when plumbing and/or electrical work is required
• Review contracts and expectations with customers prior to installation
• Collect measure payments when required
• Maintain scheduled appointment times and manage workload efficiently
• Support project coordination by communicating with installers and customers
• Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience measuring kitchen cabinets (required)
• Strong understanding of cabinet layouts and kitchen design
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to identify and communicate installation challenges
• Experience in cabinet refacing, installation, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)
