Job Summary: The Cashier is required to maintain a high level of accuracy processing transactions effectively and efficiently. The Cashier processes all payments whether cash, check, credit card, made in person, online, or by phone. The Cashier requires a level of professionalism in keeping with the standards of integrity, respect, and compassion.

Minimum Requirements: 

• High school diploma of GED equivalent. 
• At least one year of experience in a physician office or hospital setting preferred. 
• Able to operate credit card machine and calculator. 
• Math skills mastered to accurately handle monies received. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
