Assistant Manager - Radiology

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Radiology Manager, the Assistant Manager of Radiology manages daily operations for the Radiology Department and Diagnostic Center. Additionally, the Assistant Manager recommends, develops, implements and evaluates goals, objectives, policies, and procedures related to radiology services; and selects, trains and supervises subordinate clinical, technical and clerical staff.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Graduate from an accredited school of Radiological Science and maintain registry with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT). 
• Baccalaureate of Science degree in Radiological Science, Business Administration, or equivalent. (Consideration may be given to individuals in active pursuit of BS in Radiological Science, Business Administration, or equivalent). 
• Minimum of ten years experience in Radiological Technology Sciences. 
• Minimum of five years experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity in a Radiology department environment. 
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served at the Radiology Department and the Diagnostic Center.
