CSS Asst / Non-Certified, Central Sterile Supply

Job Summary: The CSS Assistant is an entry level position for an individual who has no experience in Central Sterile Supply. A CSS Assistant will mentored accordingly, depending on skill levels, by Certified CSS Liaison.

Minimum Requirements: 

• It is expected for an employee in this position to obtain certification as a CST, CRCST or CSPDT with NICHSPDP or IAHCSMN within two years from date of employment. 
• High school graduate or equivalent. 
• No experience required. 
• Progression toward Sterile Processing National Certification.
