Hayward Contracting is seeking a driven and personable Sales Consultant to help builders with high-quality interior trim installation and homeowners transform spaces with screen rooms and retractable awnings. This is a dynamic role combining both inside and outside sales—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a customer-facing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with new construction builders and homeowners to offer tailored solutions
- Conduct in-home consultations, site visits, and virtual follow-ups
- Generate quotes and close sales for trim, screen rooms, and awnings
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on project estimates
- Educate clients on materials, timelines, and product benefits
