Job Summary: Individual performs the coordination and critical accounting function and reporting of the bulk patient nourishments. Assembles and distributes bulk nourishments to assigned nursing units and obtains documentation for receipt.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and basic knowledge of nutrition, food handling, and sanitation.
- Ability to operate a computer to obtain patient information and transmit messages, including basic math skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and follow oral instructions.
- Tact and courteous interaction with patients and staff is a necessity.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
