Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas on a daily basis.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility to remove dirt, debris, and spills.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment, to maintain cleanliness and prevent the accumulation of dust and dirt.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure a clear and streak-free appearance.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper, as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and unclogging drains, to keep facilities in good working order.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning supplies and operating cleaning equipment.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues that require attention beyond the scope of custodial duties.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to safety, sanitation, and confidentiality.

Key Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Willingness to adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
• Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in environments with exposure to dust, various aromas, and loud noise levels.
