About the position:

Rowe Casa Organics is looking to fill a position on our Quality Control Team. This person will play a significant role in ensuring products meet required standards and specifications, follow detailed protocols for quality control, and work with the Quality Control Team to continuously improve processes. This position is located at our manufacturing facility in New Boston TX. 

Schedule: Four 10-hour days, on a rotating schedule. 

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Must be available during all production staff work hours.
  • Follow all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements in designated work areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures put in place.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
  • Must be available to production staff to answer questions and provide support pertaining to recipes and procedures.
  • Perform quality check points promptly throughout the production process as employees start, make and finish products to guarantee that each part of the process is correct.
  • Work/coordinate as needed with Product Quality Team Lead.
  • Be available to train, cross-train and retrain production staff on producing recipes meeting quality standards.
  • Inspect raw materials for contamination and their conformity to specifications.
  • Approve or reject products and raw materials depending on conformance with company and specifications.
  • Gather and prepare product samples to send for third party testing.  
  • Follow daily task schedule as needed and direction from QCCM.
  • Perform other duties as required.
