Location: New Braunfels, TX
Company: Simpson Race Products, a division of Holley Performance Brands
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (Overtime and occasional Saturdays during peak production)
Starting Pay: $17.82/hour+ (Based on experience)

What You'll Do

As a General Assembly Team Member, you'll help assemble some of the industry's most recognized racing safety equipment.

Your day may include:

  • Assembling racing helmets and safety products using hand and pneumatic tools
  • Installing hardware, trim, electronics, and air systems into helmets
  • Applying industrial adhesives with precision
  • Inspecting parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Reading and following work instructions and assembly procedures
  • Identifying and reporting quality concerns
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assisting with other production tasks as business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:

  • Manufacturing
  • Assembly
  • Hand or pneumatic tools
  • Quality inspection

Education

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

This is an active manufacturing position that requires you to:

  • Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull
  • Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
  • Work safely around manufacturing equipment and adhesives
  • Wear required PPE
