Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner 

Location: York, PA

Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Champion:

• Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with 3–5 years of primary care experience 
• Full‑time outpatient schedule: Five 8‑hour days or four 10‑hour days per week 
• Fridays required, plus one evening per week (Monday evenings preferred, flexibility available) 
• Independent, provider‑led practice with one physician and team‑based support 
• Established patient panel provided — step into care immediately without building from scratch 
• Warm, family‑oriented practice culture that values collaboration and work‑life balance 
• Convenient location on the outskirts of town, offering an easy commute with a quieter setting
