Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Saint Paul, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a healthcare technology location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position includes conducting routine patrols, responding to concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $24.21 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and report concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Support a professional environment at a regulated manufacturing and office location by observing and reporting policy violations, facility concerns, and suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
