Pay: $42 - $46 per visit.

Duties
- Implement mobility and fine motor skill exercises guided by the patient’s care plan.
- Engage patients in activities that promote independence in daily routines.
- Accurately document all treatments and results in the patient EMR.
- Report all observations to the OT for timely care coordination.
Skills
- Minnesota COTA License.
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
- Home health familiarity is a plus.
- Experience with senior care clients preferred.
