Position Description:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our second shift team. This position includes a 20% shift differential with a 4-day 10 hour shift with overtime as customer demand requires. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who takes pride in precision work and thrives in a quality-driven environment.  Top performers are rewarded with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.  The CNC Machinist will perform complex setups and operations on 5-axis mill/turn machines.  This role requires strong knowledge of G & M codes, as well as the ability to run and inspect parts with minimal supervision while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ability to setup and run machines accurately, and efficiently
- Able to read operation sheets and blueprints
- Able to maintain quality standards and accurately measure completed work
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor, and other staff
- Other duties as directed by supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary CNC education preferred
- 3+ years of CNC machine operation
- G & M code fluency and ability to read programs
- Blueprint reading required
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity
- Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude
