Nursing Educator / RN Instructor – Full-Time (On-Site)
Location: Lincoln Tech, New Britain, CT
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RN) with a BSN or MSN to join our Practical Nursing program as Nursing Educators / Nursing Instructors. No prior teaching experience required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging nursing education in classroom and clinical settings.
- Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at clinical sites.
- Teach nursing techniques, ensuring students gain skill proficiency.
- Assess student learning outcomes and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare future nurses for an exciting and meaningful career!
Qualifications
- BSN or MSN degree.
- Active RN license in Connecticut.
- 3+ years of recent clinical experience.
- Background in Med-Surg, Long-Term Care, or similar areas.
- Teaching experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using technology.
