About the firm: We are mid-sized law firm located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. We have satellite locations in Hammonton, NJ, Red Bank, NJ and NYC. We were founded in 1977
as a small and firm and over the years have managed to grow and expand our firm. We are full service law firm and are committed to the highest standards of professional competence, innovative thinking, and client advocacy to help make complex legal matters simple to navigate.
We have a little over 100 employees including 60+ attorneys and we are approved counsel for many major insurance carries with a strong focus on complex civil litigation. We also offer a

Legal Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact between attorneys, clients, and internal teams
- Draft, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Transcribe dictation and maintain accurate documentation
- Anticipate attorney needs and provide proactive administrative support
- Track and follow up on outstanding tasks, deadlines, and projects
Legal Assistant Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism
