Campus Security Manager

Wage: $75,000/ annually

Position Summary

The Campus Manager the senior on-site security leader responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific data center campus. This salaried, client-facing role works in tandem with the District Account Manager to ensure all service-level expectations are met across the portfolio. The Campus Manager directly supervises Campus Supervisors, ensures operational continuity, and serves as one of the primary liaisons between the client and the security program. They are accountable for performance metrics, service delivery, field compliance, and the accurate and timely execution of all post-level responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct leadership to Campus Supervisors across the data center campus, ensuring consistent adherence to site standards and operational requirements.
  • Serve as one of the primary liaisons to the client, representing the field operations side of the program alongside the District Account Manager.
  • Attend client meetings, respond to escalated concerns, and ensure transparent communication between the client and field teams.
  • Monitor the completion and accuracy of all metrics, audits, reports, and service deliverables across each campus.
  • Oversee the implementation and enforcement of post orders, escalation matrices, and other site-specific compliance protocols.
  • Review and approve all corrective actions; ensure required documentation is collected and forwarded to HR in alignment with policy.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining post orders and contribute to alignment of site documentation with operational reality.
  • Support Training Managers and Training Coordinators by helping guide onboarding, compliance training, and continuous field development.
  • Monitor campus-level staffing, training, and post-performance to identify risks, gaps, or breakdowns in execution.
  • Provide mentorship and accountability to Campus Supervisors and partner with regional leadership to ensure field alignment with account goals.
  • Use standard communication and reporting platforms including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Quip, Chime, and Microsoft Forms.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing multi-site security or operations teams in a high-compliance environment.
  • Proven experience in directly supervising and managing a crew or group within an industry setting or in a contract security or public safety environment.
  • Ability to manage a multi-shift team in a high-security, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in a client-facing role, with the ability to represent both strategic intent and tactical performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead through influence and accountability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and collaborative platforms (Outlook, Teams, Quip, Forms, Chime).
  • Deep understanding of service-level expectations, escalation procedures, and field compliance workflows.
  • Ability to obtain a Valid certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
  • Experience with post order development, site audits, and training integration preferred.
  • Familiarity with data center environments or critical infrastructure security strongly preferred.
