What You'll Contribute
The Associate, Project Management will provide support in project documentation, task tracking, communication, and resource management.
What You'll Do
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor and track project tasks and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and according to project plans.
- Assist in coordinating project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Contribute to implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Contribute to monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting budget status.

What you have
Minimum: Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required.
- Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in project documentation and task tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address project-related issues.
- Proficient in project management software tools and applications.
Preferred: Indicate “nice to haves” regarding education, skills, and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or project coordination roles.
