Job Summary:
The Driver Technician will be responsible for safe operation of a DOT regulated vehicle, transporting materials/equipment from point A to point B. This role also executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner, including the safe delivery of water treatment chemicals to our customers in the Northeast.

Travel Requirements:

  • This position services customers in the northeast
  • 3 nights/week away from home on average

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Class A CDL required
  • 0-2 years experience operating a commercial vehicle
  • Clean driving record
  • Mechanical/technical experience preferred
  • Hazmat/tanker endorsements preferred but not required
  • Able to obtain TWIC card/DOT medical card
  • Able to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen
  • Able to drive overnight


Skill Requirements:
Work without direct supervision
Mechanical aptitude
Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices
Must have customer service experience
Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
 

**The estimated salary for this position is $28/hour.
