Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle Inbound Parts: Receive and log parts from purchases and disassembled computers, ensuring accurate storage.

2. Manage Outbound Parts: Supply parts to the customization department, fulfill sales, send parts to other locations as needs, and provide for repair needs.

3. Inventory Control: Perform monthly audits to keep inventory accurate and organized.

4. Data and Storage Management: Use Excel and PDA devices to track parts volume and organize storage for easy access.

5. Communicate Effectively: Keep in touch with the purchasing department and ensure proper arrangement of incoming and deliver parts.

Job Requirement:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in inventory management or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with computer parts and components.
  • Proficiency in us Excel and PDA devices for inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities and teamwork orientation.
  • Ability to lift and move computer parts as needed for inventory and storage management.
