Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is looking for a Plumbing Apprentice who’s ready to learn the trade the right way. If you’re dependable, motivated, and not afraid to get your hands dirty, this is your shot to build a real career not just clock hours.

Your Role

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced plumbers in residential homes learning how to diagnose issues, complete repairs, and deliver top tier service. This is a hands on position where you’ll gain real world experience every day.

What You’ll Do

• Assist licensed plumbers with repairs, installations, and service calls
• Learn how to diagnose plumbing issues in residential homes
• Help install water heaters, fixtures, softeners, sump pumps, and drain systems
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Load and unload materials and keep trucks stocked
• Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed
• Follow safety standards and company procedures

What You’ll Need

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces
• Comfortable using basic technology and mobile tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass background check and drug screening

No experience required, but construction, trade school, or mechanical experience is a plus.
