Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is looking for a Licensed Residential Plumber who can walk into a home, assess the situation with confidence, and handle business the right way. If you’re licensed, skilled, and take pride in clean, professional work this is your lane.

Your Role:

As a Licensed Residential Plumber, you’ll be the trusted expert in customers’ homes diagnosing issues, presenting solutions clearly, and completing high quality repairs and installations that speak for themselves.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues accurately and efficiently
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally
• Perform repairs, replacements, and installations to code
• Ensure all work meets state and local licensing standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in every home
• Communicate timelines, pricing, and expectations clearly with homeowners
• Document job details, materials used, and notes in the CRM
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Build long term customer relationships through trust and workmanship

What You’ll Need

• Active Plumbing License required
• Proven residential plumbing experience
• Strong communication skills and customer first attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Attention to detail and strong troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable using CRM software and mobile technology
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Bonus Points:

• Experience with tank and tankless water heaters, water softeners, sump pumps, and drain systems
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
• Strong sales ability when presenting repair or upgrade options
