Drain Technician

Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is looking for an experienced Drain Technician who knows their way around clogged lines, sewer issues, and customer service. Drain work is more than just clearing pipes. It takes skill, problem solving, and the ability to take care of customers the right way.

If you can diagnose problems quickly, explain solutions clearly, and leave customers feeling confident their home is taken care of, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and clear residential drain and sewer issues
• Operate drain cleaning and sewer equipment safely and effectively
• Perform camera inspections and identify root causes of plumbing issues
• Recommend repair or replacement options when needed
• Install or repair plumbing components such as drains, pipes, fixtures, pumps, and water heaters
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about problems and solutions
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment in every home
• Complete service documentation and collect payments when required
• Participate in on call rotation for emergency service when scheduled
