Overall Goal of Position
Be an integral part of keeping production operating by keeping equipment clean and sanitized.
Wednesday – Sunday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Thursday – Monday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Â
Starting wage $18.50 - $21.25 (Plus $1.75 Shift Differential)
Job Summary
Primary responsibilities include safely and efficiently cleaning and sanitizing the dressing and mayonnaise production process equipment, supporting quality assurance activities and timely completion of all required sanitation documentation. Included in overall duties is ability to operate filler controls for CIP processing.

What will you do?
Â
Safe thorough cleaning and handling of equipment.
Effectively and efficiently breakdown / reassemble equipment and product pumps.
Safely handle, maintain, and organize tools and parts needed for the task maintaining 5s as established.
Basic understanding and operation of Wonderware controls.
Ability to operate the filler controls for CIP processes.
Understand Basic CIP Skid operation and proper piping alignments to complete filler supply line CIP’s.
Train co-workers on Sanitation SSOP’s on lines as assigned.
 Understanding of daily filler production schedule and support needs:
- Allergen cleaning requirements
- Flush vs CIP requirements
Ability to safely operate the wastewater system and maintain quality discharge to county

The Ideal Candidate Will have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED): or one to three months-related experiences and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of formulation process is very beneficial.
- Understand and utilize process operation to perform functions as required for efficient sanitation equipment.
- Must be able to accurately perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division functions as required for efficient materials management and production.         Â
