Responsibilities:

1. Branding:
   
• Develop and maintain the company's brand image.
  
• Create and update brand guidelines.
  
• Ensure all materials reflect the company's branding.
  
2. Lead Generation:
   
• Develop and implement strategies for attracting new leads.
  
• Manage and optimize online and offline advertising campaigns.
  
• Track and analyze lead generation metrics.
  
3. Lead Conversion:
   
• Implement and monitor lead nurturing campaigns.
  
• Optimize the sales funnel for higher conversion rates.
  
• Work with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
  
4. Marketing:
   
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  
• Manage social media accounts and content.
  
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  
5. Website Content Management:
   
• Determine which products and banners should be uploaded.
  
• Remove underperforming products from the website.
  
• Ensure website content is up-to-date and relevant.
  
6. SEO:
   
• Conduct regular SEO audits and implement recommendations.
  
• Optimize website content for search engines.
  
• Monitor and report on SEO performance.
  
7. Functionality:
   
• Ensure all website functions (forms, payment gateways, etc.) are working properly.
  
• Identify and implement necessary website upgrades.
  
• Monitor website performance and resolve any technical issues.
  

SOP:

1. Daily Tasks:
   
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions.
  
• Review and analyze daily lead generation and conversion metrics.
  
• Check website functionality and resolve any issues.
  
2. Weekly Tasks:
   
• Update website content (new products, banners, blog posts).
  
• Conduct a website performance review and implement necessary changes.
  
• Hold a meeting with the marketing team to review campaign performance and strategies.
  
3. Monthly Tasks:
   
• Conduct a comprehensive SEO audit.
  
• Review and update the marketing strategy.
  
• Prepare and present a performance report to the management team.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong Exposure of handling social media accounts of brand
• Good exposure with team handling of SEOs, Web Developers & Content Creators
  
• Knowledge of handling websites of luxury & lifestyle products 
  
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the same role 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Digital) or equivalent.
  
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office i.e., Word, Excel, & Power point, and G-Suite i.e., Google Docs, Sheets
