We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to take ownership of our 3rd shift production team. Why This Role Matters As our 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing production — you’re setting the tone for performance, safety, and accountability. You’ll lead a team that keeps operations running overnight and ensures we deliver high-quality products on time, every time. What You’ll Do Lead and develop production leaders and team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals Create a safe, engaged, and accountable work environment Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive performance Ensure compliance with safety programs (including LOTO) and company standards Drive continuous improvement through root cause problem-solving Coordinate with planning and leadership to meet customer demands and deadlines Support training, coaching, and development of your team Promote strong communication between shifts for seamless operations Take ownership of shift performance, staffing, and efficiency What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing Preferred: Foundry experience Experience with root cause analysis Skills That Set You Apart Strong leadership presence with a lead-by-example mindset Ability to drive results while maintaining positive team relationships High sense of urgency and accountability Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IQMS a plus) Work Environment This role operates in a foundry setting, with exposure to heat, dust, noise, and fumes.
