As a Production Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role in turning raw aluminum into high-quality, precision components used across industries. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. WHAT YOU’LL DO Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Follow work instructions and quality standards to produce parts Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality expectations are met Load/unload materials and keep production flowing Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate with team members and supervisors to solve problems Follow all safety requirements, including PPE and work procedures WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable and team-oriented Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift SHIFT OPTIONS We are currently hiring for all shifts: 1st Shift: Days 2nd Shift: Afternoons/Evenings 3rd Shift: Overnights (Shift differentials may apply) WHY ATEK?
