Job DetailsJob Location: New Hartford, NY 13413Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $16.25 - $16.25 HourlyDEPARTMENT: Food Service POSITION: Dining Ambassador (Dietary Aide) SUPERVISOR: Lead Dining Ambassador/ Dining Supervisor STATUS: Part-time/per-diem SHIFTS AVAILBLE: 7A-11A, 11A-2P, 4P-7P HOURLY RATE: $16.25 DUTIES: Taking food orders and delivering beverage orders. Ensuring resident satisfaction and that quality standards and service are being delivered. Assisting in bussing and resetting tables. Providing quick, efficient, and pleasant delivery of food. Overseeing and assisting fellow dining services aides to ensure good customer service, safety, and proper handling of dishes, glassware, and utensils. Follows proper sanitation methods for cleaning and storage of dishes. Performs duties according to the highest ethical and moral standards and in adherence with the facility’s corporate compliance plan and all applicable governing laws. Adheres to the facility’s confidentiality statement in accessing and safeguarding protected health information (PHI) of residents and employees as necessary to perform job duties. Performs any other functions as directed by the Dining Supervisor and/or Food Operations Manager. QualificationsMust have or currently be eligible for a high school diploma or GED Experience in Senior Living preferred Must have excellent verbal communication skills, a high degree of service orientation, and a positive attitude Must be able to multi task Must have flexibility with schedule Must enjoy working with the senior population Must be able to lift 30lbs Must be able stand for at least 3.5 hours Additional Information: Charles T.
