Job DetailsJob Location: NH Restaurant B, LLC - New Haven, CT 06510Summary Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of restaurant by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for set up, maintenance and breakdown of the bar Takes drink orders from patrons or servers Prepares drinks consistently according to standard recipes Monitors and stocks bar levels Handles all bar transactions Assists with inventories Greets all guests warmly; Seats when necessary Guides guest’s bar experience Possesses superior beer, wine and food knowledge Serves and runs food quickly and accurately Communicates with the kitchen Rings drink orders into register, collects payment and makes change Washes and sterilizes glassware Prepare garnishes for drinks Attends required trainings and meetings Delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
