Job DetailsJob Location: 48 Howe Street New Haven Inc - New Haven, CT 06511Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob Shift: First ShiftPosition: Admissions Specialist Program: Sierra DOC Mental Health Location: New Haven Salary: $23.00-25.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours, First Shift, Monday - Friday (7:30 am - 3:30 pm)  Program Summary: A short-term residential program which provides both supervisory and therapeutic services for men with psychiatric impairments who are re-entering the community following incarceration so they can improve their level of functioning and avoid future criminal activity.  Position Summary: The Admissions Specialist is responsible for welcoming and orienting clients to the program, completing initial intake paperwork including required assessments, and supporting the client throughout the intake process. This position also facilitates psycho-educational groups/activities and may carry a case load. This position is non-exempt and works under the supervision of the Program Manager. The preferred candidate will be bilingual (Spanish).
