Sonic Summary

Superior Aluminum Alloys is seeking a candidate for the position focused on maintaining baghouses in compliance with plant policies and environmental regulations.
The role requires operation and maintenance of multiple baghouses, as well as maintaining Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM).
Candidates should have a good understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, and preventative maintenance practices, along with strong communication skills.
The position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and a salary of $60,000 per year.
Applicants must also pass a mechanical aptitude test and be able to work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety regulations.

Annual Salary - 100k+

Maintain baghouses in accordance with plant policies & environmental regulations

Operation and maintenance of several baghouses
Maintain CEM (Continuous Emission Monitoring)
Work with other departments/contractors to schedule and execute shutdown maintenance work
Drive all components of TCOS (Take Control of Safety) - High risk exposures, PSIF initiatives/management, etc.
Coverage for vacation and outages

Good understanding of electrical, pneumatics, preventative maintenance practices, MS Office
Must pass a mechanical aptitude test
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations
Basic math and reading skills
Self-directed, with attention to details
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
Pass a Spiro exam / fit testing for a respirator
Ability to work from heights
Basic welding and machining experience
Strong teamwork focus
