Job DetailsJob Location: 48 Howe Street New Haven Inc - New Haven, CT 06511Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Some Post-SecondarySalary Range: $22.00 - $22.00 HourlyJob Shift: First ShiftPosition: Case Manager 1 Program: Women’s Rise Location: New Haven Salary: $22.00/hour Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Tuesday-Saturday (7-3p)   Program Summary: Women’s Rise is a residential work release program providing case management, job readiness, and substance and mental health education to adult females who are under the supervision of DOC. We help women rise as they reenter their communities.   Position Summary The Case Manager 1 will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved women as they re-enter the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
