Overview
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Some construction work experience preferred. Experience may be in the following sectors: federal, state, municipal, K-12 school, water/wastewater, higher education, laboratory facilities, transportation, ports or marina projects. Minimum 3 years experience.
Responsibilities
MAIN DUTIES:
Â
Support the project managers and planners across their portfolios.
- Track critical information and maintain records and files on construction projects including: meeting minutes, closeout submittals and other project related tasks.
- Assist and support financial data entry; processing NOC’s, PCO’s and CO’s and contracts. Developing spreadsheets for internal and external review.
- Preparing written materials including correspondence, reports, procedural guides, and instructions.
- Performing other project administrative support tasks as required.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

Receive training, participation in company activities, and administrative duties. Other duties as assigned. Project management support responsibility in close liaison with project team. Â

Qualifications
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:
- B.S. in industry-related field preferred. Knowledge of construction, principles of construction management, project and document controls.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Â
Direct client contact and client care. Operates at level of expert in one or more service areas with responsibility for final work product.
- Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Able to stand and sit as needed on project work sites, climb ladders, work at heights, and work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions.
- Ability to safely navigate construction work sites with uneven terrain.
- Support management responsibilities for some or all aspects of the design and construction of new construction or refurbishment projects.
- Prepare for and attending client-directed meetings.
- Prepare written reports and other written deliverables as directed by client.
- Support management responsibilities for projects during planning/programming, pre-construction, and/or post-construction

$68,000 - $91,000 per year
