As a Machine Operator I, you’ll set up and operate production machines with repeatable processes while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate production machinery and tools, including fabric cutting and inspection equipment
- Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and routine troubleshooting
- Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures
- Use basic measurement tools and computers to inspect product and document work
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all PPE and safety requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in following instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout an 8‑hour shift
- Basic mechanical skills, including use of hand tools and measuring devices
- Willingness to learn, assist with training others, and work as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED preferred; prior manufacturing experience a plus
