As a Machine Operator I, you’ll set up and operate production machines with repeatable processes while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate production machinery and tools, including fabric cutting and inspection equipment
  • Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and routine troubleshooting
  • Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures
  • Use basic measurement tools and computers to inspect product and document work
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all PPE and safety requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability in following instructions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout an 8‑hour shift
  • Basic mechanical skills, including use of hand tools and measuring devices
  • Willingness to learn, assist with training others, and work as part of a team
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; prior manufacturing experience a plus
