East Haven Tavern is hiring a reliable team player for a fast-paced kitchen support role.
This is a hands-on position during our busiest hours. You’ll run your station independently while working alongside the cook and kitchen team.
- Keep dishes, plates, pans, and silverware washed and rotating during service
- Bus tubs and dishes from dining room/patio back to kitchen
- Prioritize what the kitchen needs most during rushes
- Make pizzas and oven sandwiches from prepared tickets
- Restock prep table and kitchen items before shift ends
- Help reset the kitchen for the next shift
- Light prep work as needed
- Keep your area clean, organized, and moving
Split shifts available (great for the right person):
Summer Example Hours
- Lunch: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Dinner: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- *Out time may vary depending on volume of business
- Weekends also
Extra hours may be available.
