This position creates processes and performs physical inventory counts on job sites and at facilities. The Maintenance Technician is responsible to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures. Â Performs daily, weekly and monthly rounds and inspections. Â Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary for the wellbeing and protection of the environment, property and occupants, in accordance with contractual obligations. Â Participates in training directed at increasing job-related skills and assists in training of other employees as directed.Â
