Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to treat Yale Health Plan members at our Lock Street - New Haven clinic. PTSMC has partnered with Yale University to provide contracted physical therapy services to the University community of employees, faculty, and students. New DPT graduates welcome to apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with your patients
• Deliver exceptional care and tailor treatment plans to meet individual goals
• Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely
• Collaborate with physicians and your care team to ensure best outcomes

What You Bring:

• Degree from an accredited PT program
• Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to apply)
